If you placed your order Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped within two business days thereafter. For example, if you placed your order on Tuesday before 3pm PST, your order will ship by the end of business on Thursday. Once your order has been shipped via the method you selected at the time of checkout, you will receive an email confirmation. You can track your order via the shipping tracking information found in your email confirmation. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Your credit card will be charged immediately at the time of check out. You will receive an email with an order confirmation number. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped containing tracking information.

To change or cancel your order, please contact customer service at 213.799.2777, between the hours of 9am-5pm, PST, or email and reference your order number in the email subject line. Please notify us as soon as possible; we will work to process your request but will not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Sales tax is only applicable for purchases in California and New York.

Purchases made on our website are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This shields your data from being exposed in any way between your computer and our secured servers.

Once you place an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a follow up email with shipment tracking information, based on the method of shipment you selected at time of checkout.


FREE GROUND SHIPPING (3-5 business days)
Simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and Free Ground Shipping will automatically be applied. The "Free Shipping" option must be selected during checkout to receive the offer.

Currently, we only offer shipping to Canada & the United States of America.

If you would like to send your purchase as a gift, please check the box at checkout indicating a gift purchase. For gift shipments, packing slips will be included in the shipment; invoices will not be included.


We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee against any manufacturing defects. In the case of defective merchandise, please email us at for refund or exchange.

Merchandise that has not been worn or washed, or found to be defective may be returned within 21 days after purchase date for an exchange or refund. A nominal fee of $8.88 per package will be deducted from your return for return shipping. Merchandise received after 21 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if an incorrect item was shipped or the item sent was defective. Shipping charges for exchanges due to color or sizing will not be refunded. The return/exchange value is determined by the price paid at the time of purchase, corresponding to the specific item(s) being returned. Products that were not purchased via this website will not be accepted for return.

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted after the following steps have been completed: 1) An email has been sent to containing the following information, Order number, Name, Shipping Address, Reason for return or exchange. 2) After which a confirmation of receipt reply email will be sent back from MIA & MOSS customer service, including your Return Authorization form. 3) Include a print out of said Return Authorization in the package shipped back to us.

All returns & exchanges should be shipped to 309 E 8th Street, Ste 500, Los Angeles CA 90014.

You will receive a confirmation email from MIA & MOSS customer service once your package has been received, at which time you will be informed of eligibility for refund on a return or confirmation of receipt of goods for an exchange. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within seven business days and an email will be sent with notification of the refund. Banking institutions may require additional time to process and post to your account after the refund has been completed on our end.


At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact us at (213)799-2777 or email customersupport@miaandmoss,com, and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Duties, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be due to your country’s customs authority upon delivery.
